CRG Residential Opens $50 Million Apartment Community in Clermont County’s Union Township

UNION TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO – Leasing is underway at the new $50 million, 242-unit apartment community, The Slate Apartments, after owner and developer CRG Residential cut the ribbon on the property Sept. 29 with local community and business leaders.

Located at 939 Rosemary Ave. in Clermont County's Eastgate area, The Slate offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with luxury finishes and resort-style amenities.
