CRG Residential Breaks Ground on $50 Million Apartment Community in Hamilton Township
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio – CRG Residential has broken ground on Union 48, a $50 million, 220-unit garden-style apartment community in Hamilton Township, one of the Cincinnati metro area's fastest-growing suburban markets.
Located at the northwest corner of Willow Pond Drive and SR 48 in Warren County, the Class A development will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments with luxury finishes and resort-style amenities. Construction is underway, and leasing is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027.
"We are excited to bring Union 48 to Hamilton Township and the greater Cincinnati market," said CRG Residential CEO Christopher Reid. "There has been a significant shortage of new, high-quality rental housing in this area, and the sustained demand combined with rising homeownership costs makes this the ideal time to deliver a best-in-class community. This location stood out for its connectivity, growth trajectory, and proximity to the retail and lifestyle amenities today's residents are looking for."
The community offers access to major employment hubs via I-71 and is within minutes of popular lifestyle destinations including the Lindner Family Tennis Center, Kings Island, and Deerfield Towne Center.
Amenities will include a resort-style heated saltwater pool, pickleball court, dog park and pet spa, private work lounges, a 24-hour fitness center, grilling cabana, aqua lounge, sun deck and hammock area, and private balconies and patios.
