Vista at Rocky Fork

This large-scale multifamily renovation project encompassed 472 apartment and townhome units, delivering comprehensive interior upgrades designed to enhance durability, functionality, and resident experience. Scope of work included full flooring replacement in all common areas, kitchen knee wall modifications lowered to countertop height for improved openness, and installation of new cabinets, countertops, and baseboards throughout each unit.

Additional interior improvements featured pre-hung interior doors, updated door and window casing, GFCI receptacles, countertop outlets, and new masque covers for all light switches and electrical devices. Each unit received new lighting fixtures throughout, upgraded plumbing fixtures, water shut-off valves, and window blinds. Select units also included replacement of sliding patio doors, improving energy efficiency and functionality.

The project was executed on an accelerated schedule, averaging four apartment units per day and two townhome units per day, demonstrating efficient project management and scalable renovation capabilities across a large multifamily portfolio.
