Marriott Coronado

Our hospitality team restored the exterior of a high-occupancy Marriott resort in California, refreshing its appearance and protecting it from the elements while keeping the resort open to guests. The comprehensive scope included custom-milled siding, carpentry, masonry repairs, sealants, and paint, plus patio coatings and custom scupper installation. The team also demolished pergolas throughout the property and delivered new roofing and awnings, coordinating around resort operations to keep the guest experience on track.
