Graduate Fayetteville

As part of the Chancellor Hotel’s conversion to the Graduate Fayetteville for AJ Capital Partners, our hospitality team delivered a full façade and roof restoration to support the property’s new brand identity. Using swing stage access, the team removed and replaced all sealants and wet glazing, completed EIFS repairs, and repainted the façade, including decorative design painting that brings the Graduate brand’s signature character to the exterior. The scope also included new TPO roofs, balcony resurfacing and coatings, and restoration and painting of balcony railings, leaving the building protected, watertight, and ready for its next chapter.
