Our client wanted to refresh each vacant unit as it became available following a modified RAPID renovation schedule. We delivered a consistent 10 day turnaround that was fully permitted, inspected, and aligned with all code requirements. Each unit received value add upgrades that included new flooring, new appliances, an in unit washer and dryer, updated bath fixtures, a reconfigured kitchen layout, fresh paint, modern light fixtures, and several additional improvements.

Even with this modified RAPID schedule, the entire renovation will be completed in under a year. This project highlights our ability to efficiently execute high quality apartment renovations at scale while meeting client expectations and project timelines.
