Fairfield Inn & Suites South Hill

Our hospitality team completed a comprehensive Property Improvement Plan for Aimbridge, transforming this South Hill, Virginia property into a Fairfield Inn in just three months. On the exterior, the team delivered a new paint color scheme, sealants and EIFS repairs, new footers, a new steel porte-cochère and vestibule, roofing, pavers, and decorative stone. The site was finished with a parking lot seal and restripe, a landscape package, and new Fairfield Inn signage that replaced the old pylon sign.

Inside, the 14-year PIP update included new common areas, a reconfigured lobby, and refreshed pool and fitness facilities. All 68 guestrooms were renovated with new tile, shower conversions, vanity countertops, vinyl wall coverings, paint, carpet, windows, window treatments, and FF&E, giving the property a complete brand-ready refresh from curb to guestroom.
