We successfully completed the renovation of 480 apartment units, using two dedicated crews to maintain a steady pace of six finished units per day. This large scale multifamily renovation project reflects our strong coordination across labor, logistics, and materials, all while keeping quality and consistency at the forefront.

The scope of work featured full apartment upgrades that included new cabinets and countertops, modern appliances, updated plumbing fixtures, contemporary light fixtures, new blinds, bath accessories, and upgraded door hardware.
