This redevelopment project covers all 204 units on a fast-paced three-day turn schedule. The mix includes 178 standard one-bedroom, one-bath units, 21 ADA units, and 5 audio/visual units. Interior upgrades feature new cabinets, countertops, flooring, bathtubs and surrounds, furnaces with condensing units, electrical panels, updated lighting throughout, and new doors with hardware. Beyond the individual units, the scope includes renovations to eight community rooms and the leasing office, plus a range of site improvements. Exterior work consists of asphalt shingle replacement, EPDM flat roofing, new gutters, wing wall repairs, common hall stair replacements, balcony repairs, and installation of new balcony railings.
