CRG Residential Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for New 322-Unit Community in Fort Wayne

Fort Wayne residents are beginning to move into a new 322-unit apartment community following a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by CRG Residential. The development is located between two of the city’s busiest retail and restaurant corridors west of downtown.

Situated off Getz Road, between Jefferson Boulevard and Illinois Road, Flats at Walnut Ridge offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. The community provides premium walkable residential space, connecting residents to popular restaurants and retail destinations, including the nearby Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center.
