CRG Residential Breaks Ground on New Dayton-Area Community

July 9, 2025

CRG Residential has begun work on a new multi-family community in the Dayton area. The project will add modern housing and amenities to meet the region’s growing demand.

CRG Residential has broken ground on a new $58.1 million multi-family community in Washington Township, just outside of Centerville, Ohio. The 272-unit development will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments with green spaces, walking trails, and modern amenities.

Located within minutes of retail, grocery, and fitness options, including Whole Foods, Kroger, Starbucks, and several gyms, the community is expected to open in 2026.

“We are proud to bring this new community to Washington Township and greater Dayton,” said CRG Residential CEO Christopher Reid. “We focus on designing communities that offer today’s residents the amenities they want within a setting that is well-planned and connected. This site was selected for its unique balance of convenience and natural space, offering residents access to retail and dining while preserving green space and walkability.”

The development reflects a growing demand for high-quality housing in the Dayton region and continues CRG Residential’s investment in multi-family communities across the Midwest.
