Christopher Reid - Partner

Chris Reid brings keen business intelligence and successful entrepreneurship to his role as managing partner of CRG Residential. In addition, Chris serves as a principal partner in Hearthview Residential, a multifamily development firm, as well as CE Reeve Roofing, a commercial roofing contractor. Managing organization, strategy and construction operations, he's completed renovations and new construction in the multifamily housing industry for more than 20 years. His leadership extends to his community where he is active in the Apartment Association of Indiana, Young Presidents Organization, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Indiana and local charities. Currently, Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana.

James E. Thomas, Jr. - Partner

Jim is a partner in CRG Residential. In addition to his role in CRG, Jim is a principal partner in Hearthview Residential, a multifamily development firm, as well as CE Reeve Roofing, a commercial roofing contractor. He has served as Executive Vice President of AMLI Residential Properties Trust, a NYSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust, where he oversaw development and construction for the area from Colorado to Indiana. Prior to AMLI, Jim was a partner at Trammell Crow Residential, also responsible for development and construction oversight throughout the lower Midwest. Prior to his association with TCR, Jim was with the Kirkland Group and owned a consulting firm in Boston, MA and worked for an architectural firm in Kansas City, MO. Jim received a B.S. and an M. Arch from the School of Architecture and Planning of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from M.I.T's Center for Real Estate Development. Jim is an active leader in Central Indiana Boy Scouting and its affiliated organizations and serves as the Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute - Indiana.

Brian K. Cranor - Partner

Brian is a partner in CRG Residential, LLC as well as a founding and managing partner of Hearthview Residential, LLC a multifamily development company and C.E. Reeve Roofing, LLC a commercial roofing contractor. Prior to his current ventures, Brian was the AMLI Reisdential Properties Trust, a Chicago based multifamily REIT formerly listed on the NYSE. During his tenure with AMLI he served in several senior management positions including Executive Vice President of AMLI Residential Properties Trust, AMLI Management Company and AMLI Institutional Advisors. Brian Managed Insititutional Capital Market activity nationally for the firm. He was a member of the Corporate Executive Committee and Chaired AMLI's Investment Committee. He joined AMLI in early 1998 following AMLI's purchase of Trammell Crow Residential-Midwest ("TCR"). Brian joined TCR in 1989 where he was a Partner & Chief Financial Officer supervisin financing, acquistion, asset management and accounting activity for TCR's Midwest operations. He was also instrumental in structuring and executing TCR Midwest public company exit. Prior to his association with TCR, Brian was a Vice President of Finance for Oxford Development and a Senior Real Estate Tax Accountant with Arthur Andersen and Company. Brian received an undergraduate degree from Ball State University and an MS in Accounting from the University of Houston. He is a CPA and a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and is Treasurer of the Apartment Association of Indiana. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis

Bryan Klepinger - Partner, Director of Operations

Bryan is a knowledgeable leader in the multifamily housing industry, with more than 20 years of management and operations experience. Throughout his career, he has served in key roles such as regional operations manager for Centimark Corporation and a partner for Commercial Roofing Services. After working with Centimark Corporation, Bryan established his own company specializing in exteriors that was later acquired by CRG. Bryan leads the exterior division of CRG managing the operations and business development functions.

Jim Kelliher - Partner, CFO

Jim has 20 years of finance and accounting experience and serves as the chief financial officer. He helped grow the development and construction divisions of CRG with Chris. Jim also serves as CFO at Hearthview Residential. In addition to condominium construction and development experience, Jim was the chief financial officer for The J.C. Hart Company, Inc., a local apartment builder and manager. Jim also worked as manager of corporate finance for Eaton and Lauth Companies, Inc. (now Lauth Property Group) where he gained commercial real estate experience. Jim received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Wabash College and his M.B.A. from Butler University. A licensed C.P.A., Jim is a member of the Indiana C.P.A. Society and is active as a volunteer in youth sports.

Kelli Lawrence - Partner

Kelli is primarily involved in business development, project documentation, XBE/Section 3 planning, contract management and also assists in product and subcontractor sourcing for specialty architectural and interior finish products at CRG Residential. Kelli has received a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree with a double major in Economics from Ball State University as well as an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Before joining CRG Residential she served as the Long Range Planner for the City of Carmel where she handled special project planning, redevelopment planning and coordinated several public/private partnerships.

Mark Thompson - Vice President, Renovation

Armed with over 20 years of experience in construction management of multifamily projects and core expertise in historic renovation, Mark heads up interior renovation projects for CRG that stretch from Chicago to New York. Mark spent eight years with Oxford Development Corporation building over 2,500 units throughout Indiana, Ohio and Texas. He later directed construction management for Regency Windsor Development, overseeing capital improvement projects for their portfolio of over 13,000 apartment units throughout the Midwest, Florida and Texas. Well-known for his masterful direction in historic renovation, he's overseen capital improvement projects for some of the oldest apartment complexes in downtown Indianapolis. Mark is currently overseeing major renovations at Blackburn Terrace, Twin Hills, Hawthorne Place, and Beechwood Gardens for the Indianapolis Housing Agency.

Bill Woods - Vice President, Construction

Bill has oversight roles relating to third-party construction contracts and administration. In this capacity, he helps coordinate best practices for preparation of contacts, scopes of work and other administrative requirements. Bill has served as V.P. of Construction Southeast for a top-40 multifamily builder and has built for both owner contractor firms and for traditionally third-party contractors from the Midwest through the Southeast. Bill has overseen multiple multifamily projects per year representing up to $160 million in construction volume annually. Bill's experience ranges from project conceptualization through delivery, collaborating with Development, Pre-Construction, Construction Quality Control, and Compliance and Finance departments to ensure proper execution of projects from all aspects. He has extensive experience with creating and actively managing safety programs, creating standard operating procedures and developing and overseeing estimating and accounting databases. Bill holds unlimited general contracting licenses in several states and has built over 10,000 units.

Jeff Eynon - National Sales Director

Jeff comes to CRG with over 21 years of multifamily experience. He's been successful across the entire arc of multifamily ownership. He founded Dee Lance Management in Dallas, TX where he successfully led the rehab and reposition of thousands of units across the Southeast and Midwest. He then started CS Realty Advisors, in Atlanta, GA, a successful multifamily brokerage and advisory firm that has serviced leaders in the national multifamily community for more than a decade. Jeff also has held an appraiser license and is CAM certified. Jeffs background will help him in his duties to grow the reach of CRGs leading multifamily renovations business. Jeff attained his BA from Valparaiso University.

Joe Langebartels - Project Manager - Construction


Joe Langebartels started working in construction over 30 years ago and since then has amassed a wealth of knowledge. He has over 20 years of experience as a project manager of both new construction and renovations and has completed jobs ranging from the hundreds of thousands to over $40 million. Joe is currently managing two new construction projects, 16 Park Apartments for the Indianapolis Housing Agency, and Dunn Supportive Housing for Centerstone of Indiana. Joe has expertise in new construction as well as historic renovation.

Andy Meeker- Project Manager - Construction

Over his 18 year career in the construction industry Andy Meeker has amassed a wealth of knowledge. His areas of expertise include project management, purchasing and estimating, contract negotiations, budgeting and financial projections, and operations management. He has a passion for managing people toward a common goal, while improving processes and efficiencies along the way. Prior to joining CRG Residential Mr. Meeker was a Project Manager for a top-40 builder where he worked on a variety of projects including commercial, rehab, mixed use, tenant up fit, and multifamily projects, with project costs ranging from $400,000 to over $20 Million.

Kevin Brown - Project Manager - Exteriors

During his 15 years in multifamily residential construction, Kevin has managed projects from Nebraska to New Hampshire. Although skilled in all aspects of construction, Mr. Brown currently heads up CRG's exterior rehabilitation division, bringing a depth of practical and product application knowledge to each job.

Geoffrey Collier - Project Manager - Exteriors

With CRG Residential since 2003, Geoff is an estimator and project manager for the exteriors division focusing on roofing, vinyl and fiber cement siding, gutters, windows, doors, decks and balconies. Geoff also serves as CRG's safety director and ensures proper OSHA training and logs are in place and up to date. Geoff began his career in construction with a family owned roofing and insulation company in South Bend, IN after obtaining a business degree from Purdue University.

Eric Webb - Service and Warranty Claims Manager

Eric brings his 15 years of construction experience to bear as CRG’s Service Manager, ensuring we meet the high expectations of our customers. Eric has been in multifamily construction since 2001 and has served in the field and also as a project manager, understanding all facets of the business. Eric has been CRG’s Service Manager for over five years and is OSHA trained.

Larry Bass - Estimator

Larry specializes in job estimating for both new construction and renovation project and brings a wealth of experience with complex processes and logistics to his position at CRG Residential. Prior to joining CRG, Larry was an environmental contractor for nine years and was also the principal of Electron Beam Welding Associates, Edden Manufacturing, and Dealers Transport Limited. Larry manages the administrative aspects of our bidding process including subcontractor solicitation and qualification as well as serves as a key member of the project team in regards to plan review and scope creation.
