Christopher
Reid - President
In addition to serving
as president of CRG Residential and its affiliated companies
like CRS
Commercial Roofing Services, Mr. Reid also serves
as partner in Hearthview
Residential. Mr. Reid is also President of the development
firm Hoosier Realty Investments, LLC. Mr. Reid brings
a strong background of entrepreneurial activity and experience
to CRG, as well as leading the construction efforts for
Hearthview's conversion and rehab portfolio. Originally
from Logansport, Indiana, Mr. Reid is a member of the
Apartment Association of Indiana, Young Presidents Organization,
The Hawthorns Country Club, and is active in Big Brothers
/ Big Sisters of Central Indiana and other local charities.

Bryan
Klepinger
- Partner
Bryan Klepinger has worked
in the roofing business since 1987 and has worked his
way up from foreman to partner, proving he is a knowledgeable
leader in the industry. As a partner of Commercial Roofing
Services and Director of Operations for CRG Residential
since 2003, Mr. Klepinger has been a viable asset to the
Reid Group. As a previous partner for Northside Exteriors,
LLC. he proved himself again and billed over four million
dollars in sales. As Director of Operations for Centimark
Corporation, Mr. Klepinger brought in three to four million
in sales and oversaw four crews. He has also made his
mark as a business owner, beginning his own company specializing
in exteriors that was later acquired by CRG. Outside the
roofing business, he is an active member of the Carmel
Dads Club in Carmel, IN. He coaches football and baseball
and is a member of the White River Christian Church. Bryan
and is wife of 14 years have three children..

Jim
Kelliher - CFO
Mr. Kelliher has twenty
years of finance and accounting experience and serves
as the Chief Financial Officer. He helped grow the development
and construction divisions of CRG with Mr. Reid. Mr. Kelliher
also serves as CFO at Hearthview Residential. In addition
to condominium construction and development experience,
Mr. Kelliher was the Chief Financial Officer for The J.C.
Hart Company, Inc., a local apartment builder and manager.
Mr. Kelliher also worked as Manager of Corporate Finance
for Eaton and Lauth Companies, Inc. (now Lauth Property
Group) where he gained commercial real estate experience.
Mr. Kelliher received his undergraduate degree in Economics
from Wabash College and his M.B.A. from Butler University.
A licensed C.P.A., Mr. Kelliher is a member of the Indiana
C.P.A. Society and is active as a volunteer in youth sports.

Marsha Kalasmiki - Controller
Marsha Kalasmiki has served as Controller for CRG Residential for the past 3 years. As someone who has an extensive knowledge in both the accounting and business management field, Marsha has proved to be a credible asset to CRG. Previous to joining CRG, she served as the Controller for Lauth Property Group, LLC for nearly 20 years. Kalasmiki has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
