Christopher Reid - President
  Chris Reid brings keen business intelligence and successful entrepreneurship to his role as president of CRG Residential. Managing organization, strategy and construction operations, he's completed renovations and new construction in the multi-family housing industry. His leadership extends to his community where he is active in the Apartment Association of Indiana, Young Presidents Organization, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Indiana and local charities.
James E. Thomas, Jr. - Partner
  An architectural planning professional, Jim Thomas offers a depth and breadth of experience in construction planning, development and oversight. Jim’s portfolio spans REITs, consulting and national construction firms from Colorado to Boston. His leadership roles include executive vice president of AMLI Residential Properties Trust and partner at Trammell Crow Residential (TCR). Academic credits include B.S. and M.A. degrees in Architecture and Planning and a M.S. degree in Real Estate Development, all from MIT. He is an active leader in Central Indiana Boy Scouting and serves on the Executive Board for Indiana’s Urban Land Institute.
Brian K. Cranor - Partner
  Brian Cranor brings impressive financial and capital asset management experience in the multi-family housing industry to his role as partner at CRG and has financed over $2 billion in multi-family housing projects during his career. Prior to joining CRG, he was executive vice president for AMLI Residential Properties Trust, managing capital activity nationwide for the publicly-traded REIT. He also provided financial leadership at Arthur Anderson as vice president of finance for Oxford Development Company and later as executive vice president for TCR. Brian received an undergraduate degree from Ball State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Apartment Association of Indiana.
Bryan Klepinger - Director of Operations, Partner
  Bryan is a knowledgeable leader in the multi-family housing industry, with more than 20 years of management experience. Throughout his career, he has served in key roles such as regional operations manager for Centimark Corporation and a partner for Commercial Roofing Services. After working with Centimark Corporation, Bryan established his own company specializing in exteriors that was later acquired by CRG.
Kelli Lawrence - Partner
  Ms. Lawrence is primarily involved in business development, project documentation, XBE/Section 3 planning, contract management and also assists in product and subcontractor sourcing for specialty architectural and interior finish products at CRG Residential. Ms. Lawrence has received a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree with a double major in Economics from Ball State University as well as an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Before joining CRG Residential she served as the Long Range Planner for the City of Carmel where she handled special project planning, redevelopment planning and coordinated several public/private partnerships.
Mark Thompson - Vice President, Renovation
  Armed with over 20 years of experience in construction management of multi-family projects and core expertise in historic renovation, Mark heads up interior renovation projects for CRG that stretch from Chicago to New York. Mark spent eight years with Oxford Development Corporation building over 2,500 units throughout Indiana, Ohio and Texas. He later directed construction management for Regency Windsor Development, overseeing capital improvement projects for their portfolio of over 13,000 apartment units throughout the Midwest, Florida and Texas. Well-known for his masterful direction in historic renovation, he’s overseen capital improvement projects for some of the oldest apartment complexes in downtown Indianapolis.
Dennis French - Vice President, New Construction
  A seasoned veteran of construction operations among the Top 50 multi-family housing developers in the country, Dennis has built a reputation for operational excellence that stretches from the Midwest to Florida. His professional experience includes leadership roles at companies such as TCR and a portfolio of work that spans multi-family, hospitality and commercial construction – including major projects at Disney World. In his spare time, Dennis is an avid Bass fisherman and a familiar face on the FLW Bass Fishing Tour.
Jim Kelliher - CFO
  Mr. Kelliher has 20 years of finance and accounting experience and serves as the chief financial officer. He helped grow the development and construction divisions of CRG with Mr. Reid. Mr. Kelliher also serves as CFO at Hearthview Residential. In addition to condominium construction and development experience, Mr. Kelliher was the chief financial officer for The J.C. Hart Company, Inc., a local apartment builder and manager. Mr. Kelliher also worked as manager of corporate finance for Eaton and Lauth Companies, Inc. (now Lauth Property Group) where he gained commercial real estate experience. Mr. Kelliher received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Wabash College and his M.B.A. from Butler University. A licensed C.P.A., Mr. Kelliher is a member of the Indiana C.P.A. Society and is active as a volunteer in youth sports.
Marsha Kalasmiki - Controller
  Marsha Kalasmiki has served as controller for CRG Residential for the past three years. As someone who has an extensive knowledge in both the accounting and business management field, Marsha has proved to be a credible asset to CRG. Previous to joining CRG, she served as the Controller for Lauth Property Group, LLC for nearly 20 years. Kalasmiki has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
Eric Webb - Service and Warranty Claims
 
Cary Henry - Project Manager
  Three years ago Cary joined CRG and brought with him ten years of experience with multi-family housing on both new projects and rehabilitation jobs. With his background in multi-family construction he is accustomed to adhering to strict budget, deadline, and safety requirements and has completed 30 hours of OSHA training. Cary works from our Upper Midwest office located in Warrenville, IL>
Dave Langebartels - Project Manager
  With three decades of experience working with multi-family projects Dave has been an asset to the CRG team. Dave's career started out with Davidson Lumber where he was responsible for lumber and material take-offs on multi-family construction projects, working through the ranks to become their single family sales representative for pre-manufactured components and lumber packages with national production builders. Dave started as a project superintendent with CRG in 2001 and has since been promoted to project manager.
Larry Bass - Estimator
  Mr. Bass specializes in job estimating for both new construction and renovation project and brings a wealth of experience with complex processes and logistics to his position at CRG Residential. Prior to joining CRG, Mr. Bass was an environmental contractor for nine years and was also the principal of Electron Beam Welding Associates, Edden Manufacturing, and Dealers Transport Limited.
Kevin Brown - Project Manager
  During his 15 years in multifamily residential construction, Kevin has managed projects from Nebraska to New Hampshire. Although skilled in all aspects of construction, Mr. Brown currently heads up CRG's exterior rehabilition division, bringing a depth of practical and product application knowledge to each job.
